The Psychology of the (Barrack) Speech (Spectacle)

Here are my observations on “The Spectacle” that was the Obama DNC Convention wrap up speech:

Only JFK was JFK. Just ask Lloyd Benson, he knew JFK. So message to Dems, stop trying to trot out “the next JFK,” it’s tranparanet and lame. Don’t know what I’m talkign about? Try runnign the first 2 days of the convention indoors at a traditional convention hall. Then for drama, stage the final acceptance in a large outdoor arena before throngs of onlookers. No, I’m not talking about Denver’s Invesco Field extravaganza tonight, I’m talking about JFK’s 1960 LA Coliseum extravaganza. Barrack, it was already done. Berlin? Oh yeah, that was JFK before too.

Standing before a heaving throng of insane masses worshiping you may be great for your head trip, but honestly, from the outside it looks, well…creepy. For some reason leftist totalitarians always go back to that theme.

Everything about Obama is contrived and makes me wonder if he’s actually starting to believe he is the Messiah. You do realize that Bill still believes that he did not have sexual relations with that woman, Mon… Oh, yeah and OJ still believes he did not kill Nicole…and he’s still looking for the real murderer. Hint, it was probaly G.W., he’s responsible for everything else that goes wrong.

The stage. Here’s a great way to sell a car… tell the prospective buyer to sit behind the wheel and imagine pulling up into their driveway. Tell Mr 6o year old accountant to “see how their neighbor will look enviously at them and their new Corvette … put them in the car, give them ownership and they will buy.

Many said before the event the columns behind the stage were to make Obama look like a Greek deity. I disagree. The whole backdrop was meant to look like the White House. It was to give viewers a look at what He (the Messiah) would look like in front of his new crib. The starry circle carpet on the podium? Looked like Oval office material to me. At the end of the speech Barry O lead his family and the Biden’s back stage through the opening (front door) and gave a few glances back. As if to show us how great he would look welcoming a family to his home. All this to give the impression that he is already living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Don’t forget, he has had that fake presidential seal on his podium and the word “President” inscribed on his airplane seat.

The hungry drooling masses may be falling for this schtik, but Luxeman is on to you Barry!
